FAQ Frequently Asked Questions

Based on trials, the max pressure that the pump is able to create in the jacket is 110 mmHg. However, the user will have option to switch provided pump with a much stronger pump that will be able to generate greater pressure.
The recommended pressure for young children is found to be around 90-100 mmHg, which is the max pressure the jacket can reach.
If the jacket does not inflate, then the pump does not work properly, or there exists a hole in the jacket that is allowing the air to escape. In this case, please take the product to the nearest squeezetek store in order to repair the jacket or have it replaced.
The pressure jacket may be used as many times as needed by the user until the product itself starts to see signs of repair. The only requirement is that the users wait until the jacket has successfully deflated before removing the jacket and placing it onto another user. Other than that, there are no other requirements.
